About Us
Playwell is a pediatric therapy practice offering speech and occupational therapy, enrichment classes, expert-led workshops, and family-centered programs led by licensed pediatric therapists. We support early development through evidence-based, play-based experiences that empower children and caregivers. Serving families throughout Hudson and Bergen County in homes, schools, and community settings, we help build meaningful skills that carry over into the everyday moments that matter most.

Our Offerings
Speech and Language Therapy
Our speech therapy services supports children on their individual communication journey. Using evidence-based approaches, we support speech/articulation, language, feeding and social communication skills through play, connection, and family collaboration.
Occupational Therapy
Through fun, purposeful activities, our occupational therapy sessions build the skills children need for independence in daily life. We focus on sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine motor development, and self-care, all while keeping therapy playful and engaging.
Feeding Therapy
Our SLPs and OTs help children develop safe, confident, and positive feeding skills. We support challenges with picky eating, transitioning to solids, oral motor skills, chewing, swallowing, self-feeding, and mealtime routines through play-based, family-centered care.
Expert-led Classes & Events
Playwell offers expert-informed enrichment classes, sensory play events and community programs led by licensed SLPs and OTs. Follow along here for pop-up events.

Onboarding & Scheduling
We'll review your child's medical and developmental history, complete the necessary paperwork, and coordinate a therapy schedule that works best for your family.
Evaluation & Treatment Plan
We'll get to know your child through a fun, play-based evaluation and create a personalized treatment plan with meaningful goals, individualized recommendations, and 30-, 45-, or 60-minute weekly sessions designed to support your child's growth while fitting your family's needs.
Collaborative Care
Ongoing individualized therapy ensuring collaborative support with caregivers, teachers, and other providers to ensure progress and carryover across settings
